Meet Tiffany

My name is Tiffany. I started surfing and doing Hatha Yoga in my  teens and went on to do Ashtanga Yoga in my twenties. I found surfing and yoga to be an incredible release. It was through my regular yoga practice that I started embarking on my spiritual journey. It has not been easy I have had incredible obstacles confront me and had to face very difficult tragedies. I found yoga alone was not enough. I needed something more, there was an awakening happening inside of me and I was fighting to shut it out, to just be “normal”. My eyes were being forced open and I was fighting to keep them shut. The more I fought the more I stirred up the dust.

I somehow found the courage to walk away from a very physically, mentally and emotionally abusive relationship that tormented me for years. I struggled with all the horrors of walking out that no one tells you about, it’s not the leaving that is most difficult but the repercussions of leaving, the harsh realities of using the law to protect myself, which was an extremely stressful and terrifying experience for me. I felt broken in many ways and torn down to absolutely nothing. It was in the middle of the traumatic experience of my court case, that I found this amazing woman who at the time was practising Transformative Coaching and I was drawn to her and proceeded to have sessions with her. She opened my eyes to what I was meant to do, she revealed to me that my trauma was not a curse but a blessing, an awakening to my true authentic self on my soul’s path.

I have always had an innate ability to see beyond the physical realm but I struggled to suppress it all my life. When I was going through my tragedies I shut it down completely and that lead to me feeling lost and trapped.

I felt nothing satisfied me. I yearned for something I could not find no matter how hard I tried. Through sessions with my Transformative Coach I was able to confront the thought patterns that were holding me back and break through them. She guided me to my soul’s purpose of teaching and advised me to explore Pranic Healing. At the time I had never heard of it. I listened to her advice and found my beautiful instructors at Pranic Healing Victoria. I signed up and did all the courses they offered. Pranic Healing helped me to work through my obstacles. Through many psychotherapy Pranic Healing sessions on myself and by my instructor, Jessika Markin, I was able to evolve past my trauma. Slowly deep seated hidden parts of me started awakening. I could feel the shift. I eventually blossomed into my true authentic self and stepped into my own power. I began practising healing on friends and loved ones. I saw it working everywhere on everyone I applied it on.

I had a vocation to teach it, I wanted to be part of revealing this beautiful gift to the world. Master Choa Kok Sui’s Pranic Healing improved my personality. Through “character building” and the inner purification of Pranic Healing I was able to strip away the parts of my personality that did not serve me.
I now serve humanity by teaching this energy healing modality or just helping heal people who want to be healed. I believe every person should know how to heal themselves of any pain, what an incredible world we would live in if everyone knew they have the innate ability to heal themselves.

Arhatic Yoga is the spiritual practice of Pranic Healing which I learned early into Pranic Healing. This practice taught me through a disciplined structure how to open the connection to my higher soul again. How to feed my soul the nourishment it was lacking for so many years. Pranic Healing was the seeds I planted and Arhatic Yoga, the water that nurtured them. Arhatic Yoga is a synthesis of yogas that aids in the rapid acceleration of the soul’s journey. Also developed and taught by Master Choa Kok Sui.

I found that whether it be physical pain, deep seated emotional pain, psychological pain and tragedy they could all be relieved through this amazing energy healing modality along with the person’s commitment to make the necessary changes. I am still on that journey and continue to do the inner work on myself, but I control my life now, it’s not controlling me anymore! I still practice Ashtanga Yoga, it keeps me grounded but strong physically and mentally. When struggles come I have the tools to handle them and that’s the greatest way I modified my learning experience in this human existence.

A huge part of my journey and my healing techniques are self empowerment and self love. Self hate was one of the reasons I stayed in unhealthy relationships and I always try to teach people how important it is to love yourself.

Thank you to all the people who helped me on my journey and continue to help me, most of all thank you to Master Choa Kok Sui for developing and simplifying these ancient teachings and making them accessible to the modern world.
